The Big Red Rebuild is a transformational renovation of one of college football’s most storied venues.

Helm Mechanical’s awarded scope includes HVAC and plumbing systems in the West Suites and West Lower Bowl, along with HVAC systems in South Stadium.

The renovation will transform the 1923 landmark into a modern, year-round venue, with Memorial Stadium expected to seat approximately 80,000 fans upon completion. Construction will begin after the 2026 football season, with a phased delivery targeting full completion in 2028.

When complete, the renovated Memorial Stadium will feature 20,000 new chairback seats, a redesigned student section, expanded concourses, and enhanced club and premium spaces.
