Helm Civil was recently awarded the Eastbound approach lanes of the I-74 Mississippi River crossing.  Over the last 3 years, the company worked on the Westbound approach and will bring that expertise to this new $33 million project.  Both projects are part of the $1.2 billion I-74 corridor connecting Iowa to Illinois in the Quad Cities area.
