Helm partnered with Highland College to replace their obsolete building automation system. This new open-protocol system integrated new and existing controllers in 7 buildings, from 8 different manufacturers, using 4 different communication protocols to provide 1 single-point platform for the end users.

This BAS system allows for scheduling, energy management, and improved space comfort to support an optimal learning environment. Helm provided the highest standards of professionalism and a clean workspace throughout this project. Work was performed during regular business hours while campus was in session, made possible by careful scheduling and effective communication and coordination with staff.
