Applied Underwriters

Helm was awarded the full HVAC scope contract for the new Applied Underwriters building in Omaha, Nebraska. This 260,000 square foot building featured a sophisticated linear system to provide heating and cooling with no traditional grilles, registers, or diffusers. Housing a full commercial kitchen and 80-foot-tall atrium this building will be the workplace to more than 500 employees. Helm also provided full Virtual Design and BIM services to assist the project to continually hit project milestones.
