Helm has performed several projects for Abbvie, a pharmaceutical and research company, in recent years. Recently Helm was contracted to perform an expansion and retrofit of existing production capability of pharmaceutical drugs. Helm’s scope of work consisted of installing new process, HVAC, and plumbing systems to support new production lines. Installation included over 8,500 biopharmaceutical sanitary welds with complete ASME BPE Turn-over and validation requirements. Our ASME BPE compliant enhanced turnover package consisted of a digitally sortable, fully searchable package that streamlined validation for the customer. Helm’s team was also responsible for creation and coordination of the construction model. Helm was honored to be awarded The Abbvie Supplier of the Year Award.
