Your responsibilities will span project scheduling, equipment and subcontractor procurement, and document control, among others. This position is for our mechanical division which is responsible for the HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping scopes of work for new construction projects as well as remodel work in buildings such as data centers, hospitals and associated healthcare buildings, casinos and other commercial building types.  This role is for a data center project located in Beaver Dam, WI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project schedules.
  • Support field labor coordination.
  • Procure equipment and materials.
  • Manage subcontractor services.
  • Maintain document control.
  • Coordinate project activities.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Engineer or an Assistant Project Manager, preferably at a U.S. based mechanical contracting firm.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and design.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually.
