Following a catastrophic fire, Helm played a critical role in restoring and modernizing the Carus Chemical facility in La Salle, IL. With its extensive expertise in process piping, HVAC ventilation, and plumbing, we successfully executed the four-phase project, which included rebuilding the warehouse with upgraded safety features, re-piping ore silos with automated valves and dust collection, installing advanced nickel alloy piping for the concentrator, and implementing a state-of-the-art bulk transport system.
