Our Service Division provides total mechanical
as well as HVAC sales and service. We offer our
clients either comprehensive or basic maintenance

Plumbing
Mechanical is one of the largest plumbing contractors
in Illinois. We handle commercial plumbing projects
of any size and are licensed in all Illinois, Wisconsin,
Indiana, and Iowa jurisdictions. |

HVAC
Piping Mechanical is a leader in the design,
coordination, and installation of heating and chilled
water piping. We have installed heating and cooling
equipment of all sizes. |

Industrial
Process Piping Mechanical provides industrial
process piping capabilities to a wide variety
of customers. We are able to design and install
systems for any application. We have worked with
industrial customers in many states and have the
ability to mobilize our workforce anywhere. |

Renewable
Fuels Mechanical is one of the leading
renewable fuels contractors in the Midwest. We are
experienced in both ethanol and bio diesel technologies.
We have completed plants as the mechanical trades
contractor, the fabrication contractor, and the
overall construction manager. Our experience goes
beyond construction, as we are currently performing
on-site management of the plant operations. Mechanical
has the resources to mobilize our extensive management
team and trade workforce to complete any size renewable

Water
and Wastewater Treatment Plants Mechanical
has been a leader in the water and wastewater treatment
plant industry since our inception. We have been
a general contractor or subcontractor on numerous
treatment plants in the Midwest. We have worked
with many municipalities to install treatment systems
and have achieved a great deal of respect in the
industry. We have completed projects of varying
sizes from small upgrades to multi-million dollar

Green
Buildings Mechanical is a leader in the
design and construction of sustainable and energy
efficient buildings. We have LEED (Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professionals
on staff and serve on committees of the USGBC (US
Green Building Council) where green building policies
are made. Mechanical uses our NEBB Commissioning
Certification to optimize energy performance for
buildings from conception through completion. We
examine not only the mechanical systems, but the
entire project to create energy-efficient solutions.

Pipe
Fabrication Mechanical utilizes our pipe
fabrication shops to fabricate pipe for internal
and external customers. We have a 20,000 square
foot shop in Freeport and a 20,000 square foot
shop in Chicago Heights. We have MIG, TIG, SAW,
and orbital welding capabilities and are able
to fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium,
inconel, and chrome piping. In addition to welding
capabilities, we fabricate plumbing, structural
steel, and modular systems. We have fabricated
systems for external customers in 26 states and
achieve labor cost efficiencies that allow us
to be competitive anywhere. |

Aquatic
Centers Mechanical is one of only a few
contractors that install commercial and municipal
pools in the Midwest. We work closely with many
specialty aquatic engineering firms to provide outstanding
service and constructability expertise. Mechanical
has completed indoor and outdoor pools and has worked
for many park districts and school districts. |

Commissioning
Building Commissioning is a systematic process of
ensuring that a building performs in accordance
with the contract documents, design intent, and
the owner's operational needs. Industrial Solutions
(a division of Mechanical, Inc.) is a NEBB Certified
Building System Commissioning Firm. We are also
qualified to provide LEED required commissioning
of Building Energy Systems. |

Retro-Commissioning
If your building suffers from temperature or humidity
problems, if your energy costs have increased, if
you use your building differently than you did when
it was originally constructed, or if you feel cold/hot
air being drawn into the building or the doors standing
open, you may benefit from retro-commissioning.
In this process, Mechanical's regisered engineers,
service technicians, and NEBB Certified Commissioning
Agents will evaluate your mechanical systems, determine
if they are operating as originally designed, of
if they need to be modified to suit your current
operations. In most cases, the energy savings and
increased prodictivity generated will pay for the
analysis and system changes. |
