Commissioning
Building Commissioning is a systematic process of ensuring that a building performs in accordance with the contract documents, design intent, and the owner's operational needs. Industrial Solutions (a division of Mechanical, Inc.) is a NEBB Certified Building System Commissioning Firm. We are also qualified to provide LEED required commissioning of Building Energy Systems.

Retro-Commissioning
If your building suffers from temperature or humidity problems, if your energy costs have increased, if you use your building differently than you did when it was originally constructed, or if you feel cold/hot air being drawn into the building or the doors standing open, you may benefit from retro-commissioning. In this process, Mechanical's registered engineers, service technicians, and NEBB Certified Commissioning Agents will evaluate your mechanical systems, determine if they are operating as originally designed, or if they need to be modified to suit your current operations. In most cases, the energy savings and increased productivity generated will pay for the analysis and system changes.
