Civil Constructors is a heavy civil, commercial, and industrial contractor whose principal markets are public and private sector construction projects including commercial and industrial facilities, roads, bridges, and underground utilities. Our customers include state departments of transportation, highway departments, local municipalities, developers, and various industrial and commercial clients.

Civil’s structures division has completed some of the most complex structures in the Midwest. They have expertise in lock and dams, deep foundations, pile driving, shoring systems, as well as steel and concrete structures. Their award-winning construction management practices have made them a preferred contractor on Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Tollway projects.

Civil’s road division performs asphalt paving and seal coating in the Northwest counties of Illinois. Civil has an industry-leading quality control program to develop and test asphalt mix designs. Civil works closely with Conmat to produce aggregate and asphalt for paving projects.

Civil’s underground division installs underground water and sewer systems for municipalities and private developers. Civil maintains an extensive equipment fleet for use in its underground work.
